Refund Process

1. Send an email to admin@dancex.in with the subject "Refund" within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Include your full name, email address used for the purchase, order/transaction ID, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
3. Our team will review your request and, if it meets the criteria, process the refund within 5-7 working days.
4. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 working days.
